  • Massage in slow circles over arms, legs, décolleté and pulse points until it melts in.

Our soufflés are whipped from real butters with no synthetic hardeners, so they can soften in summer transit. If yours arrives soft or settled, chill the jar for 30 to 60 minutes and it will firm right back up. The texture may be a little denser than whipped, but the formula is completely unaffected.

Why did my soufflé arrive soft or melted?

It is the heat, not a fault, and your soufflé is perfectly fine.

Our soufflés are whipped from pure butters with zero water fillers, which means they can soften in peak summer transit temperatures. Melting changes nothing: the nourishment, the butters and the scent are exactly as intended.

The quick reset: pop the jar in the fridge for 20 to 30 minutes to let it set. It will transform back into a rich, velvety balm that melts beautifully into your skin.
