RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the personal-care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, scent preference, or products that have been opened or used.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, melted beyond normal temperature-related softening, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at INFO@BEAUTYICONCOSMETICS.COM.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Once reviewed, eligible claims may be resolved with a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Product Sensitivity or Reactions

If you experience an unexpected reaction or sensitivity, discontinue use and contact us. We will review the concern individually and may request additional information about the product and order.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Final Sale

Except for approved damaged, defective, incorrect-order, or product-concern claims, all sales are final.
